The Solar Eco Villa is a one-of-a-kind accommodation in this region. A sustainable, passive, eco-friendly house built from natural materials, featuring ultra-efficient insulation and a strategic position that creates its own climate zones. The unique combination of an exterior inspired by Santorini homes and a wooden mountain-style interior offers the charm of the Mediterranean and the warmth of a mountain ambiance. Many have called it “Santorini on the Mountain.”

The Solar Eco Villa is perfect for relaxation, enjoyment, special moments with wine by the fireplace, or peaceful work in a serene mountain setting.

Situated on a ridge at 1,000 meters above sea level, nestled by a forest, and perched on the blue Divčibare rock – Serpentinite, the villa offers breathtaking, airplane-like views.

A spacious living room with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed upstairs, 160×200 cm, and another with two single beds, 80×200 cm, on the ground floor with direct access to the forest), and 70 square meters of space make this Solar Eco Villa equipped with all (non)standard amenities for a comfortable stay.

A gravel path 450 meters long connects the main road to the house.

The water in the boiler is also heated by the Sun – Divčibare boasts 295 sunny days a year.

Instead of a traditional stove, the kitchenette includes appliances such as a toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker, and a gas stove.

In the villa, you’ll find domestic coffee, instant coffee, coffee substitutes, and teas, along with all other necessary utensils – no need to bring anything from home.

The water in the villa is artesian, sourced from a depth of 105 meters, and you will also be provided with bottles of fresh spring water.

During the winter season, the villa is ideal for 3 people, while in the summer, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails, forest springs, and the rich biodiversity of the Maljen mountain, along with many restaurants serving local cuisine.

Instructions for using the Solar Eco Villa will be provided upon arrival.

Smoking is not allowed in the villa.

During the winter season, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
